Note on deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway), import charges such as customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. These are levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
The times shown are transit times from handover to Deutsche Post or DHL. In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days of payment; for made-to-order items, the production time stated on the product page applies. All times are in business days (Monday–Friday, in Germany including Saturday).
