🔧 Technical Info & Notes:

The original fuel pressure regulator is often defective – the internal membrane tears over time. This causes fuel to enter the intake tract via the vacuum port. The result: the engine runs too rich and fuel pressure is no longer regulated correctly. Replacing the regulator (if not already done) is always recommended.

Typical symptoms:
- Starting problems when the engine is warm
- Rough idle or poor throttle response
- Increased fuel consumption and smell of gasoline

This regulator is a proven alternative with identical pressure behavior. The vacuum hose needs to be routed slightly differently (see photos) – a longer hose is included.
