Speedometer Cable Retaining Clip – JB3 & JC5 Gearbox

This clip secures the speedometer cable at the lower gearbox connection and stops the cable from slipping out of the gearbox while driving. On many vehicles it is broken or missing entirely – and hard to find as an original part. The clip snaps onto the speedometer cable and locks securely into the guide sleeve when inserted. To remove it, press the clip together with your thumb and index finger: the two hooks spread apart and the cable can be pulled out.
