We manufacture our "FlexAir kits" using 3D printing. The kits have the following properties:

- Material is flexible and highly resilient

Assembly:

The principle of our solution is very simple: you cut off the middle part of the bellows, including the torn area, cleanly with a knife so that you end up with three parts in front of you.
It is important that you leave the first and last web on the hose intact! See pictures. The middle part (with the defect) of the bellows is no longer required.

Then put the repair bellows onto the first web that was previously left in place. Due to the very tight fit, the bellows seals without the addition of sealant. You can still adjust the position of the bellows later by turning it.

Once you have installed the bellows on both hose sections, you will have repaired your intake hose within a few minutes and can be sure that this measure will last at least as long as the original.
